Before you come in
✅ Good to know
- Bring your Ontario health card (a temporary card is fine) and photo ID.
- All ages welcome — newborns to seniors. No enrolment needed.
- No OHIP or expired card? You can still be seen — a private-rate consultation is $100 (follow-up for the same issue within 2 weeks: $60). You'll get a receipt to claim with your insurance. See the fee guide.
- We accept IFH coverage and out-of-province health cards (excluding Quebec).
- Booked appointments are seen first — book online to cut your wait.
ℹ️ What walk-in can't do
- One concern per visit — for multiple concerns, a follow-up will be booked.
- We do not routinely prescribe narcotics or sedatives (opioids, benzodiazepines).
Finding us
- 702 King St W, Kitchener — between the Google building and WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital).
- The entrance is to the right of the Pharmacy on King — same parking lot, same building.
- Free patient parking on-site; street parking nearby.
