Dr. Kamphuis is an experienced family doctor who studied at McMaster and Queen’s University in Canada. He has worked in hospitals and clinics across Ontario as an attending physician since 2019 and is now welcoming new patients at Midtown Medical Center.
Your spot in the practice will be saved after you meet the doctor and confirm that you want to join. Signing up without a meet-and-greet (or without talking with the clinic about another plan) does not save your spot.

Book a meet and greet appointment within 4 weeks: Call (226) 686-0119 and leave a voicemail, or email info@midtown.clinic. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Meet and greets are available Tuesday-Thursday 10am-4pm. Once you have attended a meet and greet, regular appointments are available via online booking Monday-Friday 9:20am-5:30pm.
*Only one meet and greet appointment is required per household/family, but all registered members should attend the appointment (book under one patient)
