Only one Meet and Greet is needed for each family. Please book the appointment under one family member’s name, and have everyone who is registering come together.

Can’t find a time that works? Some extra spots are saved for phone bookings. Please call the clinic for help finding a time.
Need care right away? Walk-in visits are available every day for urgent issues. You do not need to join the family practice to be seen as a walk-in patient.
